It's been sometime since I've been here.......looking forward to catching up! Since I am in the process of obtaining another home; I have many juniper and cypress trees around me. So, I'm looking into some further information on cedar, cypress and juniper trees so I can use their bark and cuttings more. Does anyone know some information about these magnificent trees blessed with such wonderful boughs that I may be able to use?

greetings,
my name is anne, but many call me amber-jade. I am new to WSI, but have been working with various herbs, on a personal level, for a few years now, so this group seemed real interesting!

I love it when Mother starts to wake. Spring is 3 weeks early here in Wisconsin and the violets and dandelions are in full bloom. I spent several hours picking these lovely herbs/weeds and made the most beautiful jelly, one golden and one light lavender in color. I find it never ceases to amaze me how everything in nature can be used and that when gatering these lovelies, one can really connect, meditate, and give thanks to Mother.

Crescent Earthdust, I think you might be able to upload them as pictures on your page... I'm not sure. If you can, send myself a message and if I don't know them, we'll try somewhere else!

If I remember, I have a few plants that are local that I''d love to ask what they are.
