Priestess Zephonith,
What a beautiful dance to share. Congratulations on the new blessing. What a wonderful way to introduce yourself and honor the Goddess. I am looking forward to hearing more from you and your journey to Motherhood. You may already be on that journey with other children, but this is new. Magic and Sacred Blessings, Mitra

I use to love the Maypole. It is one of the things I love about Beltane. No long winter here in Los Angeles.

Blessings Beautiful Women,
Coming up is our Beltane. As a child in school, I recall the wonderful Maypole that the teachers would put up. There were many dances we practiced through out the year to dance at this time. I don't know when it changed, but dancing stopped at schools. What a shame. Here in Santa Fe a group of people have done a Maypole at the local Unitarian church.
During this time of grief, maybe some uplifting is necessary, and a Maypole could help. Those who have done a Maypole remember how someone always gets confused and things get crazy and laughter is all abound. Bring some food to share and Merry Be.
As a Native person, the Season are of utmost importance. This year it has been colder longer than usual, into the 20's at night. It's hard to wait for the warmth to come for good, to start our seasonal plantings. We are all itching here. How about in your area. Share with me your long winter, or was it?

Blessing Valued Beautiful Women. I hate to see this group stop it's wonderful correspondence. I am as guilty, as the next woman. Time just has griped me and at times, does not let go. Many things have settled in my life, and as an Apache elder, it is my responsibility to try and be there for younger women. Please accept my apologies for waiting so long. I would love to hear some feedback. Magic always.

Merry meet :-)! I am new to the Pagan faith & had a question about a documentary I've just finished. The three part film, Women & Spirituality claims that the early peoples of Europe lived in peaceful, matriarchal societies which were drastically changed by the coming of war & patriarchy. I have researched this theory & was unable to find any historical basis for this claim. Does anyone in this group have any more information on it?

Merry Meet, Hi Tammy I would love to get it up again. I have been so busy with finishing school and my new job that I have not had time to be one here. I will do whatever I can to make sure that I make an effort to get this going again. Please let me know if you have any suggestions . Blessed be and have a great day.
