This is really difficult. As a writer, you sit and write what comes to you. And you'd think that having a crazy cat for about 12 years, you'd have a ton of stories to write. Well, that I can do. But talking about having to say good-bye isn't really a story I relish telling. I'd prefer to talk about how he made us laugh when he did his front-legged moonwalk while drinking from his "special" water dish in the sink. Well, I had been pet-sitting for a friend. She has German Shepherds, and they're a handful, that's for sure. They bark and put up a fuss. I just slipped the food under the fence for them, cuz 2 of them are fear-biters. Nice! LOL

But, you would think that if I was going to get hurt, I would have while tending to the dogs, right? No, not in MY case! :P What happens to me? I fall as I'm walking on flat pavement heading back to my car on the last visit of the entire trip!

Owies, Ickies, and...

I feel terrible after taking about half a week's worth of Banderol. That's the new medication for the Lyme. I talked to Christine this morning and she helped me decide that the Samento isn't worth keeping most likely. I'll start today with going to half dose, and see how I do. It may be that both of them together are just kicking my butt, and I need to wean off the Samento. I hate this guessing game with the natural meds, but I guess it's better than dying!

What a month!!

Well, the last month (literally since April 20th) has been a royal mess, perhaps disaster would be a good word to use? Between me, one of the cats, my grandmother, brother-in-law, sister, and mother, we've all been sick (all of us hospitalized but my sister and me--and I've been sick almost the entire time with something or another), and things have been insane around here.
