I’m feeling nostalgic today. Thinking back to my Army days.
I was once a soldier. There are times that I am grateful that I served between the two Gulf wars. At other times, I feel guilt for… Continue

Here is today’s reading:
Seven of Cups

One thing I am learning in my "Before you cast a spell class" is how discipline is key. Not only for spell casting but in my opinion for all things in life. I think that discipline may in its on way be a type of magic in itself. A person who can discipline theirselves can master many things. So it is this that I have chosen to work on.
Many will say "Hey! I am a disciplined person. I get up and go to work everyday." But is that discipline or is it… Continue

It’s been a while since my last Blog entry. It’s not a lack of desire to write that’s kept me away, just a lack of time. I’ve forgotten how to take a break at work again. It’s easy to just heat up my lunch and eat at my desk and continue working. I need to take a break and I miss writing. So, here I am.…

Here's another deal snagged from that B&N.com after-after-after-holiday sale … which is sort of a two-for-one, as it's both something of a comedy book, and
it's something that I can feature in The Job Stalker
as a career book! Such a deal. Now, as… Continue

The concept of a “viral” expansion is very common in the world of the Internet (although I'm not so sure how well established it is in the quasi-Luddite worlds which aren't obsessively online), with things like videos (often inexplicably) suddenly bursting from well-deserved obscurity to attain millions of views from… Continue

Dear Members of the greater Pagan Community,
SpiralScouts International is in need of volunteers. Usually we remain within our existing registered affiliates to fill these roles, however we have found ourselves in a position where we need to open them up to the greater community. SpiralScouts has gone through a lot of changes in the last 2 years and we have been working hard to become the Scouting organization that our families are proud to be a part of. However, running an… Continue

Earth Hour has come and gone.....
Last night was an opportunity to share an hour of positive time with others who are focused on environmental issues, a topic that is much on the minds of many in this day and age.
From 8:30-9:30pm we turned our lights out, everything, and lit candles. It was a time to share intention in a common cause.
It becomes more and more apparent to me that activities like these are a powerful way to bring about… Continue

Well now I am back with my family, it feels so wonderful. I have a son whom I praise and admire so much. He's maturing so fast. It was so incredible seeing him so big. His bright loving smile and loud giggling just warmed my heart. Reminds me of how he was conceived. He is my gift from the Gods. He is so precious, I remember when it all happened. I was doing a healing ritual, a ritual to sort of mend my wounds and piece myself together. Well as I was doing my ritual, I had my alter lit, the… Continue
